Delivery and return
- Orders recieved on a certain day by 10 pm will be delivered the next day. In case of unforeseen circumstances the order will be shipped within 48 hours from the time it is received.
- Sabz Bagh requires a minimum order value of Rs.800 (exclusive of taxes) for delivery.
- Delivery charges are varying according to distance from Sabz Bagh:
- Less than 5kms - No charge
- 5 - 10kms - Rs. 80
- 10 - 20kms - Rs. 120
- 20 - 35kms- Rs. 180
- While every effort is made to ensure the best quality produce, there could be certain blemish/damage on account of handling. Please bear with us.
- It may happen that certain items ordered may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances since the produce is organic, seasonal and is harvested on the day of delivery. We shall provide credit for the same to be adjusted in the next order.
- If any item is in very bad condition and not edible at all, please inform us, provide us with images and we shall provide you credit in the next order.
- Being a sustainable brand, orders are packaged in recycled materials that are hygienic and sanitised.
