Guests must take care of their own belongings. The Management & staff at Sabz Bagh will not be held liable or responsible for any loss of belongings/valuables of the guest.
We will always do our best to ensure that the fresh produce and/or value-added products we provide will be of optimum quality. In case a guest/customer has a complaint against our products, we will investigate the matter. If there is a valid cause for a complaint, we will be happy to refund/provide credit for future purchases to the customer. Refund will be processed and credited to the customer’s account within 7-10 working days.
Products once sold cannot be taken back since they are perishable items. However, we can exchange the product and provide a replacement to the customer within 24 hours. Delivery and exchange charges will be as per actuals. We provide delivery via third-party delivery vendor/s.
We provide fresh, chemical-free, and naturally-grown produce to our customers. Vegetables and fruits are perishable so we do our best to get them to you as soon as possible, keeping in mind our value concept of farm-to-plate. We believe in trust and respect. We harvest our produce at the time that the order is placed. Orders for delivery placed till 3 pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be delivered the following day.
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service at 98188 49294.
In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
