Guests must take care of their own belongings. Sabz Bagh team staff will not be held liable for loss of any personal items or valuables. If in case a guest forgets an item at the property, the guest will be notified of the same as soon the item is found. We will keep it safely until the guest comes to collect the item/s.

Refund Policy:

We will always do our best to ensure that the fresh produce, and / or value-added products we provide will be of optimum quality. In the case that a guest / customer has a complaint against our products, we will investigate the matter. if there is any bonafide lapse on our part, we will be happy to refund / provide credit for the item towards future purchase by the customer.

Return Policy:

Products once bought cannot be taken back, since they are perishable. However, we can exchange the product and provide a replacement to the customer within 24 hours. Delivery charges will be as per actuals. We provide delivery via third party delivery vendor/s.

Quality Assurance:

We provide fresh, organic, chemical-free produce to our customers. Vegetables and fruits are perishable so we do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. We keep in mind our value of farm-to-plate concept. We believe in trust and respect. We harvest our produce at the time that the order is placed. Orders for delivery placed until 4 pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be delivered on the following day.

Cancellation policy:

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service at 98188 49294.
In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

Privacy Policy:

Guest information such as name, address, telephone number, email and other personal details are for the sole use of Sabz Bagh entirely. We collect such data for our internal use & marketing purposes / promotional activities. We will not share / disclose any personal information to any other guest / third party under any circumstance whatsoever.
